The support forum is the ONLY support medium.  This is how you get in contact with me.

All license keys purchases after January 2015 are stored on line.  You can access your key 24/7.  

Your key is stored under "My Purchases -> Orders" here on the website.

Scroll to the bottom of this page to find and click on the Upgrade instructions under the BYE or BYN heading. The steps depend on which product and which version you are licensed for. In any case there is a "no cost, $0" upgrade option.

And for the update it depends what you need/want.

You already have a Classic Edition key.  

1. If you want the latest version just download the latest from the download section and install
2. If you want to upgrade to the Premium edition the cost is $20 USD.  Instructions are in the page footer here on the website.
