You have the latest key format.

There is only one reason you get this error.  You are not entering your key and/or identifier properly.

Your key and identifier are under "My Purchases -> Orders".  Make sure you cut/paste to prevent keying errors.

What version of BYE (like 3.1.18) were you running on the old drive? The licensing scheme changed between version 3.0 and 3.1. If you have a multi-line 3.0 license then you need to go to the Upgrade pages on this site to convert your multi-line license into a new license. There is no cost unless you want to upgrade from a Classic to a Premium license.
