You don't have a trial under that account.  If you request a second trial by creating multiple account the system will ban you for life.

If is important that people do not create multiple accounts, all trials must be requested from the same account to prevent being banned.

I need your original accounts to proceed further.

I'm not sure if I have an alternate account. I dont remember setting one up but I dont want to get banned for life if I did.

Should I just try to make an account and see if it works? If it doesnt, meaning a previous account existed somehow, can you help me?

Well, In your original post you ask to extend your current trial.

If you have a trial you have an account, and I can confirm that you don't have a trial with account "planetnoble".

I need that account first to archive your current trial.  I also did an IP search and there are not other accounts with your IP address.

Are you sure you have requested a trial in the past?

Sorry if I'm making this more difficult than it needs to be (not my intention).

I'm fairly certain that I do not have an alternate account. I just dont want to get banned for life if I did.

I'll go ahead and try to set one up.

Have you ever had a BYE trial key?

In any case, go ahead and add a trial in your cart and proceed the checkout.  If you did have a trial in the past I'll be notified instantly when you activate your trial key.  If I get get the notification I will flag it as OK on the activation server and you'll be fine.
