Validation error on BYE 3.1.18

Hey guys,

 

I've got a 30 day trial for BYE. but it constantly shows the unexpected Character encountered while parsing value.

 

I have checked my Appdata, found nothing.

uninstalled, deleted desktop Icons then reinstalled.

restarted both times after install.

But still get the same error, has anyone found an fix for this?

This is my first Trial, I created my account this evening UK time 9PM BST, Ive got my Canon EOS 2000D coming tomorrow, so wanted to give this a go to see what its like.

Have you copied and pasted your Trial license key into the License Validation dialog? 

The key is available in the My Purchases area of your profile on this web site.

I have copied and pasted it, and typed it in manually, double checked this myself each time so I know it is correct.

I have also ensured my username is in the identifier is correct and case sensitive too.

Okay, you IP came back with other trials.  I'll clear those out.

You'll need to request another key.

So I can now "purchase" a second free trial?

 

Or will it state that I have already had one?

what is the exact error message you get?

There is a good explanation for this.  You have a BackyardNIKON trial key

Add BackyardEOS trial in your cart and proceed to checkout for a BYE trial key.

And Nikon is what I want. It seems I downloaded the Canon one. Sorry for that.....
