Validation issue

Question

I purchased BYE Premium today and downloaded the software to my computer.  I went to open up the program and  I get a bubble message saying that "Trial version  not valid.  Please download the current version.  I downloaded version 3.1.18.  Where did I go wrong?

Did you ever request for a trial?

That message only comes up when a trial key is used. 

Make 100% sure you are using your purchase key.

I did have a trial version a long time ago (it was an outdated version).  So today, I went into my computer and uninstalled the trial version.  Then I went to the site and payed for the software and after paying then I downloaded version 3.1.18.  After I get past the bubble box that informs me that the trial version is not valid and that I need to download the the new version (which I have) it then directs me to enter my Identifier to validate my Licence Key which I have done many times with no success?

Did you copy and paste your new purchased permanent license key into the license validation dialog? If not BYE is still trying to use your expired Trial license. The purchased license key should be accessible from the My Purchases area of your profile on this web site, if you are logged into the account that was used to purchase the license.

You get the trial error message because the computer still has your trial key.  There is nothing to it, you only need to enter your purchase key now, no need to re-download anything.

Do you get an error message when you enter your purchase key?
