D5100 Sensor Temp Reading

If the D5100 has a temperature measurement inside the camera and if the Nikon SDK gives access to it, or it is stored in the image metadata, then it is likely that BYN will display it.

The easy way to determine the answer is to download and install the free 30-day trial of BYN and see if the sensor temperature is displayed.

However, if Nikon is like Canon, the temperature is only available from within the image metadata, so you must enable BYN to read EXIF data and then take and download an image for BYN to get and display the temperature.
