Software does not see my cameras, plural

My BY EOS for canon does not see the camera. I tried 2 DSLR's and one Meade DSI and all drivers up to date with no errors under the device manager. The Window 10 computer see's all cameras and interacts with them just fine.

Canon 50D, Canon 6Ti, Meade DSI.

BYE only connects with Canon DSLR cameras. It does not recognize Meade DSI cameras.

How do you know that Windows "sees the cameras"? Do you see the camera listed in the Windows Device Manager?

What version of BYE are you using?

Be sure to select the Canon drivers, NOT Canon 210 when connecting.

Yes PC sees the camera in the Libraries area, connects immediately and can get to the pic files on the card and downloads with out issue.

Using Version 3.1.18.

The fact that Windows sees the camera as a file share and downloads images could be preventing BYE from connecting. You need to get Windows to not automatically connect with the camera when it is first powered on.

As suggested above, are you selecting the Canon or Canon210 drivers in BYE when connecting you cameras?

I'll try not connecting automatically. I Can't get to the setting page in BYE either, I get this error. I assume downloading drivers in BYE is done through the settings tab?

Reinstall, this is an install issue with 3.1.18.
