Computer glitched, now trial is over 1/2 way through


Yesterday, ... something... happened on the laptop I have my BYE trial on.  It froze, then spawned about 20 (?) instances of BYE, then crashed.  When I restarted. It said my license key no longer worked.  I started my trial on April 3, I think, so I believe I should have almost a couple of weeks left.  Can I get reset or something?  

The glitch happened after I started BackyardRED, if that is interesting.  Let me know if you want a more thorough bug report. 

Also, I'm having an issue with BYE freezing up after switching imaging scripts.  Is this the right forum to discuss this, or should I go to the BYE forum?
