installation in new computer

Question

I bought BackyardEOS 3.1 Premium in October 2015 (Invoice #10838), and I'm trying to install it in my new laptop, since my old one's hard drive crashed.

I downloaded and installed the software but it cannot find the license key anywhere in my Orders tab nor in the corresponding invoice. 

Could you please help my install the software?

According to your post, this is the first post with the "roditis" username. It is likely, then, that you purchased your Premium license while logged in with different username. You will need to log in with the same username that was used to purchase the license in order to see the license key.

I can confirm that you have more than one account and that you don't have any purchase key under user roditis.

Please login with the account you used to purchase in 2015 (username hbutko) and your key will be in "My Purchases -> Orders".

I don't recall any user name hbutko nor any email address related to this username, in order to recover its password. 

In addition, the Invoice #10838, for the premium edition, is under "My Purchases -> Orders" in the roditis username

I'm a bit confused...

Is there any way that those 2 different accounts could be merged?

Alternatively, how can I get access to the hbutko account?

Sorry, user name hbutko is not yours, my mistake. Can't merge them.

As for the invoice 10838, it is an unpaid invoice and therefor no key was generated. Unpaid invoices automatically expires after 7 days if unpaid.

If you have a key it is under another account and unless you provide with a paid invoice number or email used I have nothing to search on.
