I have BYE Premium Edition 3.0.3, installed in my laptop, I tried to upgrade to 3.1 but was not accepted the code that I was copied directly from the  program (the first line of the 5 line license.

How can I get the upgrade??

follow the upgrade instructions... the link is on the website the page footer.

I think that he was trying to follow the instructions, but the first line of his old license key was rejected by the Store.

Possibly... or he was trying the first line of the old 3.0.x key in the 3.1.x app directly.  This is what I thought.

Ok, I think I know what what is happening.

You are trying to claim your upgrade coupon a second time for a second free upgrade. You can't do that.

You have already upgraded your 3.0.x key to 3.1.x back on  June 14, 2018.

You need to use that key. You can find that 3.1.x key on the website under "My Purchases -> Orders".

I hope this makes sense.
