Unable to connect EOS 350D for first time

Hi,

I just registered and downloaded the Trial version as I heard that this software should be awesome.

I wrote the license no and the installation were done with a reboot of Windows 7 Pro as I have.

Then I started the software and clicked connect and received a big fat error. 
Even when I tried to click on the Setting I received another error. Se below.
How do I connect my camera, EOS 350D?

I do have the proper Windows drivers for my EOS and it works fine in other software.

This is an install issue. Reinstall and try again.

This has been mentioned several time already!

Gotta fix those install errors! They are happening way to often and causing too many support issues and a bad experience! Maybe a different installer?
