BYE 3.1.18. Can’t get Cannon t3i to connect

Question

Hello I’m trying to get my Canon T3 I to connect to the latest version of backyard EOS and it will not recognize the camera when I try to connect I believe I’ve downloaded the drivers correctly. Also when I go into the Settings feature I get it and unhandled exception air which prevents me from altering any of the settings

More details would be helpful...like the error message (I hate autotype)!

It seems like you are missing a dependency of the Canon SDK...like the C Run-time Library. You did not say, but Windows 7 and later should have the needed drivers already.

This looks like an install issue... install again and report back if you get the same issue.
