How to retrive my identifier?

carlos_torres@rogers.com

Question

My son gave me as a gift BYE two years ago and I installed it. It was working properly but I put my astrophotography on hold for a while and now I am trying to use the software but I get an error that says "Fingerprint verification error. You need to validate your activation key again". Then a validation screen showing my license key asks for the "Identifier (case sensitive". I looked at other answers in this forum and it seems the identifier it is the log-in name when BYE was purchased. My son did the purchase and doesn't remember that. I have my own O'Telescope account but since I didn't purchase the product it doesn't appear in my account. I tried using my email address but didn't work. Does anyone know how I can recover my identifier or log-in name I should say? Thanks for your help.
