Trial Version issue

Hi

I requested a trial back in 2018 but never downloaded the software until now. I tried the trial key but it comes up trial version not valid, please download the latest version.

In my purchases the trial is ver 3.1, but download is 3.16?

Is there any chance my trial can be reactivated as I never installed or tried it out and have an opportunity to this week

The authors usually give new users a second trial when requested, but I believe that you do need to download and apply the new trial license to either 3.1.17 or the 3.1.18 pre-release version.

Hi Chris,

Sure, I just archived your first trial key.  Go ahead and add it again in your cart and proceed to checkout for your second trial key.
