Question

I am unable to get a code and no one has responded to my emails.  I tried putting Backyard into the cart and getting another one.  It says that I already have it and can't get another one.  So I am absolutely stuck.  

I had originally purchased it a number of years and ago and don't know where my code is.  My computer became corrupt and my only chance of using it is to download another copy.

Oh, well... it is rather pathetic when you can get something you want because no one will respond to you.  Maybe this post will be some action.  Are you not trying to sell something?

All purchase keys (and trial keys) from 2015 and on are stored online under "My Purchases -> Orders".

Keys are displayed on-screen immediately after a purchase or a trial request and the instructions to retrieve your key under "My Purchases -> Orders" is also displayed on-screen!

If the version of BYE that was on your corrupted system was version 3.0.X or earlier then it had a long multi-line license. With that license it was your responsibility to maintain and safeguard the license key. If your hard drive crashed and you do not have the license stored anywhere else, then you may be stuck purchasing a new license. The 3.1.X license is maintained on the O'Telescope servers so you do not need to keep a safe copy of it, although you certainly can. All you need to remember is the username and email address that you registered your account with when you purchased or upgraded to a 3.1.X license.

If you have your multi-line license key from version 3.0.X or earlier then you need to follow the instructions on the upgrade tab at the top of this page to provide your old license for a new license. If you do not want to upgrade the features (say from a Classic license to a Premium license) then there is no cost to get the new license. Once you have the new license, you can always access the key by logging onto this site with the same account that you used to purchase the key and copy the key to the Windows clipboard to paste into the BYE license verification dialog.
