Upgrading

I upgraded to the latest version of bye (3.1.17) but it will not validate with my user name.  Any suggestions

Thank you for not posting you key on the forum

If your key does not validate then you are not entering it correctly.  Use cut&paste from the website instead of typing it in to prevent keying errors.

My old BYE 3.1.9 key ends in space /0.  Is this the problem?

So copy and past doesn't work?

The key is 6 5-character groups separated by dashes. What comes after than is not part of your key.

Where do you get your key from?  Here on the website under "My Purchases -> Orders" menu?

Keys DO NOT end with a /0.

Please make sure to CUT&PASTE your key "My Purchases -> Orders".  This is the ONLY valid source to ensure you enter your key correctly.

Your key end with 08811.
