I have tried to follow the instructions given for finding the product and I can find the "coupon upgrading from version 3.0.3 to the current version. I can find the proper product and I can find the coupon code. I copy and past from a copy of my entire key, Just the entire first line 29 characters! After entering and and applying, the next page rejects my code as incorrect. I have tried over and over with no luck. I checked my key against an open copy ofVersion3.0.3 and the code is exact.I sent this same letter to support Wednesday and included the Id code. Apparently they only answer from here. What's going on?
