I tried to connect my trusty 30D and was told I need 32 bit so I got my 70D that takes the Canon connector but still no connection. The screen told me to contact you

Well, it may not be related to your issue, but according to the Canon web site, the EOS 60D does have WiFi. If so, it needs to be disabled. See the copied and pasted info below: Eye-Fi connected
