Can't get my Backyard EOS from crashed computer to work on new computer

My computer I bought the license for Backyard EOS won't work on this computer. The computer I bought it for crashed and I can't get the info to open it on this computer..I know you can only run one computer at a time and thats what I need to do but I can't get it going

Ok, your key is registered to the account using that second email you provided.

Now, just login with that account and you'll see you're key and identifier in "My Purchases -> Orders".

You need to login with the account you used to purchases and your key will be in "My Purchases -> Orders".

Here is my info...the was my identifier and this is the license ...I'm hoping this is the one. I have been using backyard EOS for quite a while and It is on my laptop I keep in my observatory..If this info isn't correct can you please check my name as I did buy a liceense from you...

You made a HUGE MISTAKE. ASAP you need edit your post to REMOVE YOUR LICENSE KEY. Posting your key publicly will get your license cancelled and you will have to buy BYE again, if the authors don't completely ban you from the site.

I don't know what that info was but is is not a license key... and that is a good thing because I have banned people for life for posting their private software keys in public forums.  I think that was your account activation code/email... it was not a software key.

Now, I have nothing to go on.  I have no purchases under your name in 2015 at all and no purchases under your current email; just a trial.

You have most likely created a second account and purchased under that account.  You need to find what account username/email you used for that account.  Without that I have no means of retrieving a key.

Ok...The computer that crashed is the one all that is on. The only other email I have is pacific@nb.sympatico.ca   all other info same...sorry for my post...I'm in Canada if that helps

If you have BYE working on your observatory PC then you will need to look at the valid license on that PC to get the Identifier (username) that was used to register the license.

Yes I agree , unfortunately this is the one that has crashed and I can't get it open to retrieve that information.
