validation issues

Question

I was happily using BYE until yesterday when during a session, the camera battery went out completely and I have changed battery during the session still on going ( I should have closed the BYE programme first, now I realize). When I have restarted the program, it wouldn't start. Gone back to asking for validation. So I went to my website and copied the licence and user ID as asked, with correct details. But in vain. It wouldn't validate with a message .." Object reference not set to an instance of an object"... 

I need desperate help please, ASAP as I have a predicted clear night tonight and I don't want to miss a rare opportunity given current unsuitable weather for many weeks.

Delete this file and try again: c:\users\<<username>>\appdata\BackyardEOSv31-license.txt.

The folder appdata is a hidden folder so you may have to set windows to show hidden folders/files.

That key as been deactivated and will remain deactivated.  Since this is a public forum with RRS feed capabilities who knows how many users have now received that key in their feed.

I have a zero tolerance for this.  If you want to continue using BYE you will need to purchase another key.  I have not yet banned your account, I was waiting for you to reply here.  If you purchase another I will let your account active.
