BYN - Images not downloading

astroheap

Question

I have a D800 firmware version A 1.11 B 1.11 L 1.004

I have downloaded BYN for free trial period.

BYN recognizes my camera.  Frame & Focus will display a live view, Quality L.

When I switch to Imaging live view disappears, as expected.  Camera information center reflects any manual changes.

When I attempt to capture one or more images, downloading goes on and on with no images downloaded.  Image download timeout, terminated after 59 seconds.  Quality is RAW+L.

Any help please?

Firmware version is not important as long as it is Nikon firmware and not some hacked firmware.

If you have a lens attached to the camera make sure that it is in manual focus mode. If you have your lens in AF mode it could be trying to focus before starting the exposure, but never actually sensing that it is in focus.

If the exposure completes but no image is downloaded, it is possible that your anti-virus software is interfering with the download.

I would also suggest trying downloading RAW images only.

Thank you all.  Tried all of your suggestions.  The Anti-Virus was the problem.  Everything seems to working fine, if I run into other issues I will be back.  Again, thank you all for your speedy response.
