Installing BYE on a new computer

Hi

I have had to buy a new computer and I need to reinstall BYE, do I download the free version and enter my original licence key or do I use the classic edition upgrade key that I have.

Your post is not clear.

Do you have a purchase key?  There is none associated to your account 'alien'.

Are you trying to download and install a second trial?  

If you have a classic key upgrade use it with the classic version in your cart... but if you arelay used your upgrade coupon in the past you can't use it again.

The download is always free. It is the permanent license that you apply to the code that has a $$$ cost.

You can apply your existing purchased key to the new version.

If you have a BYE 3.0.x or earlier key then you need to upgrade that key to a 3.1.x key. To see the process go to the BYE or BYN product page in the store, scroll down, and click on the Upgrade tab to get instructions on how to get a new key.

If you already have a purchased BYE 3.1 key then you can get it by going to the My Purchases page from your Profile. BUT you must be logged in with the same username as you used to purchase the permanent key.
