License fault error!

I have a trial version for the moment. Last night in the middle of a session, i get a storage error. No problem, i close deep sky stacker live,like normal however unlike normal bye closes and now i get the License fault error! so per instructions here i am. I activated trial on sept 8 2018, i ahve a few more days left until i can purchase full version. Help i just got my t-ring in the mail. Thanks in advance.

it states my license has expired, deactivated, or has not be activated yet. contact support.

That key has been activated 10 times since September 8th using at least 5 different IP addresses.  The server automatically deactivated it as a result.

Maybe i need anitviruswouldmy phone being my internet connection dothat  either way im purchasing tomorrow. thank you.

So here is the deal!!!!!

You have created several accounts with several trials in the past... and you created yet another account when you purchased back in 2015.

The key you have above is not associated with the account 'sanhes; it's associated with another account.

Please use the username/identifier you used when you purchased in 2015 and it will work.
