What is the latest version?

I purchased BYE last September and was just wondering if there have been any updates.   Thanks.

The download section always has the latest version posted at the top.  As of today it is 3.1.16 for BYE.

There is also a pre-release 3.1.17-RC2 available right now.  Also in the download section.

You mean that the latest release of BYE is 3.1.16, not 3.1.6.
