Image Takes a Long Time to Download

Question

is it normal to tahe such a long time to download the frame before next frame starts for example 60 sec exposures it takes  another 60 sec before next exposure Starts it takes me 4 hour to shoot 2 hours of data ???? Is this normal I have 8gb of ram and this is the only thing that is open on my laptop

Turn off Long Exposure Noise Reduction in the camera's menus.
