Download BYEOS after hard drive replacement

I had to replace my laptop hard drive and need to re-download BYEOS Premium Edition that I purchased in 2016.  How do I do this?  My user name and new password seem to work.....tedabney@aol.com

OK, so if your username and password are for the same account as you used when you purchased your Premium BYE license then you should be able to log onto the site and see the license key in the My Purchases area of your profile (via the username dropdown list at the upper right of this page).

Also I have to explain something...You do not download the Premium Edition of BYE...You download BYE 3.1.16 (the latest released version) and then you apply the Premium license key and your username (as the Identifier). This permanently activates all the features of the Premium license.

Also at the top of this page is a Downloads tab. You get BYE 3.1.16 onto your new laptop by clicking on that tab, and selecting BYE 3.1.16 for download.

Once you have downloaded and installed BYE, launch it from the shortcut, click on the padlock button at the right hand end of the title bar, paste in your license key and enter the username that you are logged in under (NOT your email address). Come to think of it, since BYE does not yet have any license. It may prompt you for the key and identifier right after it comes up.

Login to the website with your account and download from the website directly.  The download link is in the top menu bar
