The key you sent says it is not valid.   did not want to enter key here,  can you send one that works

Dean,

Do you mean the key that is listed in your "My Purchases" area of this web site? Or are you trying to use a multi-line key that was  for BYE 3.0 or earlier?

If the former is correct then make sure that you enter it exactly (use copy/paste rather than trying to type it in manually). Also, enter your O'Telescope case-sensitive username as the license identifier.

If the latter is correct then go to the BYE Product Page in the Store area of this web site, select the Upgrades tab and follow the appropriate instructions to get a new BYE 3.1.x license.

Do you mean the key that is listed in your "My Purchases" area of this web site?   YES.   I typed it and also paste, nothing works.  Never installed this anywhere yet

why does it say under purchases BackyardEOS 3.1 Trial Edition [OTL-BYE-T]

DO YOU need a paypal transaction, I did get charged for a NON trial

If you bought a permanent license that is not listed in My Purchases, you should contact Guylain privately at support@otelescope.com. Did you use a different user ID when you made the purchase?

People should really take note of their accounts where the create multiple accounts.

You've created more than one account.

Please login using the account you purchased with and your key should be there.
