Installing on second PC, or has licensing changed?

I just read a thread that said BYN could be installed on a second (or third) PC as long as only one licensed copy is used at a time. I installed BYN on my "good" laptop to try it out, and it's licensed on that machine. However, I wanted to use a different laptop, one not so important to me, but when I attempted to download another copy it says I am only allowed to buy one copy? 

I don't understand why that would be. Has the licensing changed?

I am pretty sure that licensing has not changed. You can verify this by reading the End-User License Agreement that is part of the installed User Manual.

You do not need to buy another copy of BYE to download it...Since you already have a license you don't go to the Store...Go to the Downloads tab at the top of this page (after logging in with the same account as you purchased the license with) and download BYE or copy the installation kit to the other PC.

The Downloads tab is where you will go in the future to update your version of BYE when updated software has been released.

That is because you are not downloading.... you are trying to request another trial via the store.  Forget about the store... go straight for the download section and download, install, and use the same key.
