Please provide more information.

Is the camera listed in the Windows Device Manager?

Which communication mode, if any, is specified in the camera's menus? options may be PTP or MTP?

Is the "Camera Not Found" message presented immediately after clicking Connect?

If so, please go into Settings | Advanced Settings and check the "Ask for camera drivers" setting. This will allow you to choose the correct Nikon SDK for your camera. What are you choosing here?

You might also try doing a factory reset on the camera.

Thank you astroman133 and admin for responding to my question.

Vista SP2 compatibility mode solved the issue.

I have a Nikon D7100 and D200. I wanted to see difference of the sensors on each camera.

Thank for confirming this.  I have just updated the camera support grid to reflect this.
