No download of image

BYE loads up, connects to camera and snaps the shutter open. But when it comes to loading the image in the main screen it freezes up. Also no histogram. then i get a Microsoft Visual C ++ library ( Debug Assertion Failed ). Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks

Then something is corrupted on you computer c++ library.

BYE does not use c++ but the Canon SDK does.

Please reinstall c++ 2010, 2012, and 2013... the x86 version.
