upgrade

I am attempting to activate the free upgrade to Backard EOS 3.1 from my earlier version which I understand is free.

I downloaded the version 3.1 but the trial period has expired.   How do I obtain the license key for this latest version?

Hi Joe, please read your email, I have already replied on December 4th and again just now.

Go to the Backyard EOS product page in the Store. Scroll down a bit and click on the Upgrade tab. Then select the upgrade path from your current version to the 3.1 version that you want. Basically you use part of your current BYE 3.0 license as a coupon code for a 3.1 license.
