Trial Version

Oakfell

Question

Hi. I downloaded the trial version some time ago, but never had the chance to use it in the field. I've a new guider on order and would like to take the opportunity to give BYE a proper try out. Can you advise how I can download another 30 day trial?

Well, you have several accounts, 2 of which were created today!

Of the 3 accounts I found none that have a trial key so you must have a forth account where you first requested trial key is.  I need that account.

Creating multiple accounts with multiple trials will eventually get you banned so it is important that you give me the account your first trial as assigned to before requesting a trial in any other accounts you have.

Hello.  I just bought your program, but I don't see the link to download.  I don't have a copy of the trial version on this computer. I downloaded the trial version with a Mac onto a usb stick, and tried to load it on

my XP laptop. But it didn't work. So I bought a new computer with Windows 10,  bought the full version of BYEOS ,  but I don't have a copy of Backyard EOS. Could you please help? Thanks,

Oakfell,

You misunderstand how the BYE licensing process works. You do not download a Trial Version. You download a version of the software, say BYE version 3.1.16. Then you purchase a license to activate the various features of the software. A Trial license is free and activates all of the features for a limited term (30 days). A Classic license permanently activates some of the features and a Premium license permanently activates all of the features. When a trial license expires you can then choose to purchase a Classic or Premium license and apply that license to the software that you already have installed. There is no need to download a new copy of the software simply because you have a purchased license.
