Looks like you figured it out, I see the $20 upgrade transaction went through.

Please start a new thread in the future, your coupon issue is not related to this thread which was a license issue.  This will make it easier for others in the future.

the $35 purchase

Hi David.

Sorry but you are going to provide specifics if you want us to resolve this.

I asked earlier what you meant by can't load license key and I never got an answer.  To date I have no clue what the issue is because I don't know what you mean by 'loading' your key.  Keys are not uploaded.

Are you getting an error message?  If yes we need it.

I have verified again and your key is very much active on the server and it is valid, I tried it.

No, simply download BackyardEOS from the download section here on www.otelescope.com and install that.  No need to run around on other website to download anything :)

Once BackyardEOS is installed start it and then you cut&paste your key (from the "My Purchases -> Orders" here on the website) directly in BackyardEOS on your computer.

Hope this makes sense.

David,

There should be no drivers or content that need to be installed other than the BYE setup file which comes from the Downloads area of this web site. The Canon SDK is installed with BYE. Windows 7 and newer already have low-level drivers for most Canon cameras. The only exception is when you have a 64-bit version of Windows and a DIGIC II camera for which there are no 64-bit low level drivers. Then BYE will not connect to that camera. This is documented in the Camera Support Grid on this web site.

Also, you do not want to manually type in the license key. It is too easy to mistype the string. Use Copy and Paste, instead.
