Ken,

Downloading the software and entering the license key are two separate operations. If you are unable to download the installation kit, you may need to temporarily disable your anti-virus software. Some A/V apps prevent unknown products, which may be perfectly valid, from being installed.

Based on your description of your license key being a multiline key, you have an old (pre version 3.1 key). You need to follow the upgrade instructions to get a new key (at no cost). Go to the Upgrade tab on the BYE product page and follow the instructions for the type of upgrade that you want to do.
