5X does not work. Help please

In both the Frame & Focus and the Plantary sections, the 5X function does not work.  I click on the 5X button, and 15 seconds later, the button automatically deselects without any magnification occurring.  This 15 second delay happens in both sections.  I watched the video again to be sure about how this function is supposed to work.  My software does not behave properly.

I have v 3.1.12.  It is running on Windows 10 in Parallels on a MacBook Pro.

How can I get this function to work?  I have attached a log file.

Before reporting an issue, you should update to the most recent version of the product!

In other cases where 5X zoom has not worked, the users has fixed the issue by changing an in-camera setting. This issue is camera-specific and you did not say what camera you are using, so it may not apply, but you should read this old post anyway.

Set this property to Multizone using your camera back menu and you  should be fine.
