Users manual

Hi all,

 

Just purchased Backyard EOS and am eager to use it. Downloaded the the users manual (in PDF) but Adobe Reader cannot open it.  I keep getting an error message.  Tired converting the file to Word (DOCX) and TXT (for notepad), no luck.   I'm running windows 7 and have the current version of Adobe reader.   Any suggestions?

Start by redoing the User Manual Download, possibly in a different Browser if necessary.

 

I've not re-downloaded it for a while, as I've been a long-time BYEOS User, but there's no issue with the PDF that I have (other than Guylain's promise to return to augment it once he has BackyardNikon and BYEOS v3.1 out the door).

Can you open other PDF?

 

It seems to me that the extention PDF is NOT associated to Adobe Reader.

 

Uninstall Adobe Reader and re-install it.  See if that makes a difference.
