Dither at start-up, am I missing something?

Tempusfugit

Question

When selecting "dither on start-up"  in the settings;   dither never occurs at the start-up of the capture plan.

It does dither thereafter as per the settings.

Is there something I am missing?  Otherwise very impressive piece of software and very reliable.

Camera D5100.

thanks

Dither on start-up means that dithering is automatically enabled when the capture plan is running, otherwise you would have to manually enable it.

BYE/BYN does not dither before the start of the first image, only between images. There is no point to dithering before the first image is shot. That is the designed behavior.
