Hi
Using the latest version (2.04) on a Win 10 machine that runs lots of things really well, and my D800 connects no problem.
Using the exact same setup, same cables, same laptop, same power supply, USB cable etc etc .... and following the instructions that pop up when it fails to connect, I cant for the life of me get the D810A to connect.
please help,
