It's the same company, we changed the name to O'Telescope a few years back,

Please follow the upgrade instructions here.

Scroll down and select the upgrade tab.  Depending on your version you may be able to do the upgrade yourself or you may have to send you your old key.

I tried that, however the "Contact Us" option goes to a page that says not to use for BackyardEOS or BackyardNikon questions, to use the Forum for that, hence my post

Free support for BackyardEOS or BackyardNIKON is offered exclusively via the support forums. Go to support forums.
We read all posts made on the support forums several times daily.

It is but in this case the upgrade procedure specifically states to use the contact form; this is fine.

The reason I put that note on the contact form is that people expect one on one support and I got tiered of answering the same support questions 10 times a day.

If you need to send me the your old key for the upgrade the contact form or direct email to support@otelescope.com will do just fine; pick one :)
