No Thumbnails

Ok...I made a folder named plans and all seems to work...

 

But now no thumbails are showing:(

Looks Like my virus software was blocking everything...Its Bit Defender Total Security 2017...Added Backyard Eos as Trusted app and all is good!

I'm glad that you are working!

Make sure that the Save To location is 'PC'. Also be sure that the download folder and any designated subfolder exists. It could be that your folder permissions are preventing BYE from creating a sub-folder, as specified in the settings, to store your images.

It is set to PC and all folders are there...

This can not be related to the plan folder.

 

Is this new?  

 

Is the full image displayed, just not the thumbnail?

 

Did you hide the thumbnail strip by mistake?

Thumbnail strip shows ...no image at all appears on the main window or thumbnail strip

All of these issues are new...I never had any problems with the program before

Are the images being stored in the appropriate Download folder?
