Question

I keep getting this after updating...Cannot access settings.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

This is the error: Access to the path 'C:\Users\NCC-1701AST\Pictures\BackyardEOS\Plans' is denied.

Make sure that the path at 'C:\Users\NCC-1701AST\Pictures\BackyardEOS\Plans' exists and that you have complete access to it. If that doesn't work you could try to run BYE "As Administrator".

The ...\Plans folder is where BYE stores user-defined Capture Plans (from either the Imaging or Preview screens. You can verify this by looking at the Plan folder setting in the Image Capture area of the Settings screen.

It appears that BYE is trying to create the Plans folder but that access is denied. The error indicates that your folder permissions are incorrect. Programs running under your account should have full access to all of the folders under your C:\Users\<your username> folder. This is not something that BYE can correct!
