License key won't work with ver 3.1.8 upgrade

I've been a BYEOS user since ver 2.0.    Currently using Ver 3.1 RC03.   Purchased in April 2014.

Recently downloaded the ver. 3.1.8 and installed it.  In order to activate it requires 6 sets of 5 digits.   My current license key only has 5 sets of 5 digits.

 

What do I need to get ver 3.1.8 activated?

Check your license info on the My Purchases page again. My license key is split on 2 lines with 5 sets on one line and the 6th set on a second line.

Hi Ben,

 

The RC keys were only meant for temporary testing until the final release, which was a few years back for 3.1 RC.

 

Please follow the upgrade instructions, you will need you key from April 2014 to upgrade,
