Offline Register BYN, trial and classic?

Is there anyway to activate BYN offline? in trial mode and/or a purchased licence?

I believe that you can, as long as you don't violate the license. Per the license, you can install the same license on several PCs, but can only use one at a time. For simultaneous use you must purchase additional licenses.
