I have to apologize to you for my behavior. I'm really not like that. I don't know what came over me, but, I was very frustrated and felt like I couldn't find out what was wrong. I took it out on you and the other person trying to help me. I am very sorry. My behavior was inexcusable and I deeply regret it.
