Backyard newbie

Hi everyone,

 

I just popped over from CN where I learned about BYN. Usually I use CCD for astro but until I save up the bucks for 'full frame' I'd like to give my D610 a shot (ha ha).

 

Is there a page somewhere that tells me what BYN *does*? You know, like a feature set, any hardware I might need, et cetera?

Then, specific for BackyardNIKON, make sure that you read through these Forums - especially those Stickies that are pinned to the Forum.

BackyardNIKON is not yet on the web site because it is not yet release for production.

 

However, the features listed on the website for BackyardEOS are pretty much the same as BackyardNIKON.
