RG,

The only problems with license validation in the past have been due to typos.  You should use copy/paste to transfer the entire license key from the web site into BYE, to avoid mistaking ones for l's, etc.. Also the Identifier is your O'Telescope login ID and is case sensitive.

As Rick said, all key validation errors indicating "key errors or identifier error" are related to user typo error.

Please make sure you cut&paste your key from your client area here on the website and make you use it with your case sensitive indentifier which is your username here on the website.  Yours is all lower case "robgermino".

Keep us posted, your key is valid.

Regards

I downloaded it on my desktop and installed it on my laptop which I use in the field where there is no Net access. I got access via wifi and tried to validate by typing in the info because it is on another (laptop) PC.

Do I have to re-DL on the laptop? to use the ID on that OS? the laptop is Win7 and the desktop is Win10. I understood that I can use this on more than one system but only one at a time which is fine. -RG

Your key is not tied to any particular download.

My guess is that you made a typo keying it the key manually.

Purchase keys do not require internet access to validate so I'm 100% positive this is a typo error.

Instead cut&paste the key from the computer you have internet access and copy it in the .txt file with notepad.  Then copy that file with a usb stick on the computer where you are installing BYE that does not have internet access.

Hope this makes sense.
