No problems now with 64 bit Windows 8.1 BYE and Canon 60Da compatibility

The title of your post is incorrect. There is nothing about BYE and 64-bit Windows that are incompatible with your 60Da.

 

What version of Windows? If Win 10, did you upgrade from a previous version? If so, I would suggest that you re-install the software that came with the 60Da. If I remember correctly there have been a few issues with the Win 10 upgrade doing something incorrect to the low-level Windows driver. Reinstalling the Canon software fixes it.

 

That will also install the EOS Utility. If that connects, then BYE will --- as long as the EOS Utility is not already connected to the camera.

I was able to connect BYE with computer and camera Canon 60 Da after3-4 attempts. I did not know why it did not work in the first attempt. Sorry for the bringing this toattention for the forum. deepsky
