Hi,

 

Something went wrong trying to activate your key.  I have achieved it.

 

Please add the trial again in your cart and proceed to checkout, you will get a new key.

 

Let me know ASAP if you still have issues with the new key.

Are you trying to validate the trial license or a permanent Classic or Premium license?

 

You should use Copy/Paste to transfer the license key from the "My Purchases" area on the web site to the validation dialog in BYE. You should also realize that the Identifier/logon name is case-sensitive so you must enter it exactly.
