Premium BYEOS

I bought the premium product but the file I downloaded still says classic, why?

There is only one download for each release.  It is the license that controls which features are active.

 

Click on My Purchases in the upper right of this window to see your license. It should say Premium if that is what you paid for.

 

When you start BYE it should say Premium Edition on the splash screen and on the main title bar once the app is started.

Hi,

 

All you did was to purchase an upgrade Premium key on line.  You now need to tell BackyardEOS installed on your computer to use that Premium key; otherwise it is still running off the Classic key.

 

Start BackyardEOS on your desktop and click the "pad lock" icon in the upper right corner and enter your premium key there.
