Licence validation error !Key or Identifier error

Question

Hi

 

Trying to load Premium on a laptop getting the validation error just to confirm I upgraded from a old version and paid $15 for the upgrade and installed without error on my main PC. Also using the correct identifier.

 

Is there a problem/bug or fix ?

What version of BYE or BYN?

 

What have you tried?

 

You posted to an already answered thread about license validation so I am assuming that you are trying to validate your license.

 

The most common reasons for validation issues are due to typing errors.

 

You should copy your license key from your "My Purchases" area to the Windows Clipboard (using Ctrl-C) and paste it into License Key validation field in BYE/BYN.

 

The identifier is your O'Telescope login name.  Be careful to enter this exactly because this field is case sensitive.

 

You also must be connected to the internet in order to validate the license.

 

For a Trial license you must be connected to the Internet each time you start up BYE.

It's not working for me.

 

You need to be more specific.  What is the error message you are getting?

 

I see an activation on your key about 25 minutes ago so I think you got it to work now.  Right?
